We can re-tune any of our standard pitch instruments to A432 tuning, Or another tuning by special request. We charge £60 to re-tune and voice all 13 metal reeds. To request this service for an instrument you are purchasing from us simply go to the shop and add the A432 tuning to your cart. If you already own a Shruti Box and would like to have your instrument re-tuned get in touch.

*PLEASE NOTE*: We have successfully re-tuned thousands of Shruti Box reeds over several years and have never heard back from the customers with negative comments. That said there is always an element of risk, albeit low, that removing metal to raise or lower a pitch, could possibly create instability with a reeds tuning over time.

Custom tuned instruments can only be repaired or exchanged if they are faulty within our 12 months warranty. They cannot be exchanged or refunded as part of our our 14 day satisfaction guarantee period.
