We can re-tune any of our standard pitch instruments to A432 tuning, Or another tuning by special request. We charge £60 to re-tune and voice all 13 metal reeds. To request this service for an instrument you are purchasing from us simply go to the shop and add the A432 tuning to your cart. If you already own a Shruti Box and would like to have your instrument re-tuned get in touch. Before proceeding further please read the important information below regarding choosing this option.

RISK

We have successfully re-tuned thousands of Shruti Box reeds over several years and have never heard back from the customers with negative comments. That said there is always an element of risk, albeit low, that removing metal to raise or lower a pitch, could possibly create instability with a reeds tuning over time.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

You have requested custom tuning of the metal reeds to A432 Hz. This tuning service is carried out specifically to your requirements and cannot be reversed once completed.

Because the Shruti Box is customised to your specification, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under the standard 30-day return period once the tuning work has been completed, unless there is a mechanical or manufacturing fault.

Your 12-month warranty remains unaffected.
